How long will it take to build or redesign my website?

That depends on what kind of magic we’re making! A simple service-based site (like for a food truck or esthetician business) usually takes around 30 days from start to launch. If we’re building something more robust, like an e-commerce site with lots of features or products, plan for at least 60 days.

In short: the more your site needs to do, the more time we’ll need to do it beautifully. We’ll walk you through the timeline every step of the way.

Do you provide hosting services?

Yes, we do! For custom-built websites — including WordPress, Drupal, or hand-coded sites — we provide one year of free hosting, so there’s nothing to worry about while we get you up and running.

If your site is built on a platform like Squarespace or Webflow, hosting is already included as part of your plan with them — so we won’t bill you for that separately. Either way, we’ll help you choose the best setup for your needs and make sure everything is properly configured so you can launch with confidence.

Will my website be mobile-friendly and optimized for SEO?

Absolutely. Every site we build is fully responsive so it looks and functions beautifully on phones, laptops, and everything in between. We also handle all the essential on-site SEO setup to give your site the best possible start on Google. And because we know the SEO landscape is shifting fast with AI in the mix, we stay aligned with best practices and web standards that are built to evolve so your site can, too.

Will my business show up on Google?

Yes! Every site we build includes thoughtful SEO foundations to help your business get discovered. We handle the technical setup (like meta tags, page structure, image optimization, and mobile responsiveness), and we can also offer guidance on keywords, blog content, and other strategies to improve your visibility over time. Do you offer website maintenance or support after it’s built?

We sure do. Every website we build includes one year of free basic maintenance, so if you need to swap out photos, update text, tweak business info, or make other small changes, we’ve got you covered. After that, we offer ongoing support plans to keep your site feeling fresh and running smoothly, without the hassle.

Will I be able to edit my website?

In most cases, yes. Depending on how your site is built (custom code vs. low-code platforms like Squarespace or WordPress), we’ll tailor the setup to your comfort level. We never ghost our clients, you’ll receive personalized training so you feel confident making edits and updates on your own.

Every project also includes one year of post-launch maintenance, so if anything goes wrong, we’re just an email away. We also set up reliable backups so your site can be rolled back if needed. Peace of mind, baked in.
